8 Week Weight Loss Program
Our 8 Weight Loss Program is designed to help you lose between 5 and 8 pounds during Phase I - the initial two-week Phase. After that, you transition into the second phase - our Whole Food Nutritional Program, where you continue to lose approximately 1 to 2 pounds a week for the remainder of the Program or until you reach your goal weight.
Phase 1
During Phase 1 you will learn how to detox eating real food with a strong focus on naturally increasing the fiber in your diet. During Detox, you will eat 3 balanced meals each day with 2 snacks. You will not be hungry. In fact, many clients eat much more on our Program than they usually eat, but they are eating differently so the weight comes off.
Phase 2
During Phase 2 you will learn about Whole Food Nutrition and how this method of eating not only allows you to lose weight on a sustainable basis but can become a way of life for you.
